We’re looking for a talented marketeer to lead & accelerate the international growth of our EdTech scale-up!

Full working proficiency in both Dutch (NL) & English (EN) is required.

Drieam is looking for a Marketing Lead who will further lead & accelerate our international growth (mainly in the US). We’re rapidly expanding and therefore are looking for a marketer who’s leading us to the next step. Do you like to challenge yourself and the status quo? What you'll do

You’re a marketing leader with a great feeling (and demonstrated track record) for demand generation in B2B (SaaS) environments with typically long sales cycles and complex DMU’s. As our Marketing Lead, you’ll oversee the bigger picture and contribute to the long term commercial strategy, while at the same time rolling up your sleeves to make it happen. Your impact will be huge!

The past year we’ve set the basis for strategic market expansion (incl. strategic positioning and messaging) to the US market, which now needs to be scaled. Based on your marketing plan, you'll further grow & develop the marketing team. You’ll play a crucial role in our ambition to scale Drieam towards international success! Further building on the Drieam brand credibility & awareness is important for growing our business. As we target a clear selection of top educational institutes, we are building out an account based marketing approach and lead nurturing campaigns. We are very curious about your ideas with this regard.


Responsibilities

  • Refine positioning, go-to-market strategy and market penetration in collaboration with the commercial team

  • Own the demand generation KPI (grow sales accepted leads by #% month-over-month);

  • Develop and lead a high-performing marketing team;

  • Plan and execute impactful marketing strategies and campaigns for our target markets;

  • Develop sales enablement materials and create product marketing initiatives with great commercial value;

  • Keep an eye on our competitors and their strategies and positioning, and and further refine our unique positioning;

  • Manage marketing budget and expenditures, and ofcourse it’s ROI;

  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing and communications channels, with the help of our brand officer;

  • Manage partner, agency and freelance relationships;

  • Set-up joint marketing initiatives with our renowned international partners in education, like Instructure, Qualtrics, Miro.


Requirements

  • You’ve got 8+ years B2B marketing experience in a marketing position under your belt (experience in an international SaaS company is a plus);
  • You’re comfortable with uncertainty and see ambiguity as an opportunity to build;

  • You’re ambitious and creative, yet also commercial and pragmatic;

  • Track record in demand generation tactics;

  • Experience in building/hiring a team. Being excited to build the marketing team;

  • You’ve got a passion for education;

  • You've got an actionable "can-do" mentality;

  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English;

  • You live in the Netherlands.

You’ll be working in a growing team of young and fun professionals. You’ll support the content marketer and brand officer in their daily work.
