We’re looking for a commercial go-getter with a passion for marketing to lead & accelerate the international growth of our EdTech scale-up!

What you'll do

You’re a marketing A-player with great feeling for branding, product positioning & lead generation. You’re the first dedicated marketing hire, so you’ll have to oversee the bigger picture and contribute to the long term commercial strategy, but at the same time be pragmatic and work hard on the day-to-day actions.


You’ll develop compelling positioning, messaging & content from the ground up to make our products locally relevant and truly loved. You’ll be working closely with the founders and the sales leader of Drieam. You’ll play a key role in our ambition to scale our software products towards international success and you’ll be able to setup marketing initiatives together with our renowned international partners, like Instructure, Qualtrics and potentially new partners. Building on your achievements, you’ll have the opportunity to grow the marketing & sales team.


  • You’re ambitious and creative, yet also commercial and pragmatic;
  • You’re comfortable with uncertainty and see ambiguity as an opportunity to build;
  • You’re a pro-active and independent worker, but also a team player;
  • You’ve got experience working in a marketing position (experience in an international SaaS company is a plus);
  • You’re on top of marketing developments and you’re able to translate that into fast-paced experimentation that drives growth;
  • You’re a skilled writer, as we believe that content marketing is an important part of the mix
  • You’re open to occasionally working at flexible times (i.e. an evening call with the US)
  • You’ve got a passion for education;
  • You’ve got a Master’s degree (preferably);
  • You’re fluent in Dutch and English (Fluent in German is a plus)
